the rooms were excellent, included climate control, flat-screen television, and a safe, i appreciated it. the beds were extremely comfy and the staff was extremely competent. the location for indaiatuba was particularly good and ideal, very close to indaiatuba and restaurant.

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs and make our stay comfortable. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was excellent with good water pressure. The hotel also provided free toiletries, a flat-screen TV, and a mini-bar for our convenience. The complimentary Wi-Fi in the rooms was a nice bonus. The on-site restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a delicious breakfast and a variety of dining options. We also enjoyed the excellent service provided by the friendly staff.

Families will definitely enjoy their stay at this hotel.

This place is awesome - it's a brand-new hotel with a cool design. the queen room with a comfy bed is top-notch. You'll also find a safe box, cable channels, and a mini-fridge-bar. the views overlooking the city are 👌.

The breakfast at Royal Palm Tower was simply amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the mouthwatering bacon that was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. It truly made my mornings delightful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The layout and set up of the hotel were impressive, and the food was delicious! the location was also convenient since it was close to key attractions and transportation.

I was disappointed to find out that the hotel lacked electrical outlets that could fit our foreign appliances. the staff could have been friendlier, and the tables in the restaurant were not clean when we arrived for breakfast.

Spent the Xmas holidays in a hotel and it was wonderful. The bed was large and super comfortable and the gym had ample opportunity for burning off excess calories. The location was perfect for me as it was close to all the holiday festivities and just a short walk to the market. , the breakfast was great with a selection of fresh fruits and delicious bacon.

The shower was old-fashioned and the toiletries provided were expired and did not meet expectations. the reception staff seemed disorganized and not always on top of their game.

The hotel's location was decent, but taxi or Uber were required to get to the city center. the beds were comfortable in the spacious rooms, but a bit dirty in some areas, according to the past reviews. the bathrooms were clean with good showers and some basic amenities which were outdated, as mentioned. the gym had a good range of equipment and the cleaning staff were friendly.

The hotel staff could improve customer service, particularly in the restaurant, where the tables weren't cleaned properly and friendly staff was lacking.
